Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the ExamBird mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

ExamBird is operated by Invotech Labs Pvt Ltd, Plot no. 1 & 2, Harinagar Colony, Saha, Near Main Chowk, Ambala Cantt Road, Haryana, India.

1. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for everything that happens under your ExamBird account.

One account is meant for one person. We may limit how many devices a single account can be signed in on at the same time. Sharing your account so that several people use one subscription is not permitted, and we may end access where we see it.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use ExamBird. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. How you may use ExamBird

ExamBird is for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• Download, record, screen-capture or re-upload our videos, notes or question banks
• Share, sell or distribute our content, whether free or paid
• Share your account so that others use your subscription
• Try to break, reverse-engineer or work around the app's protections
• Use automated tools to scrape content or overload our servers
• Upload anything unlawful, offensive or infringing where the app allows input

Downloading notes for your own offline study is fine. Passing them on is not.

3. Our content

All videos, notes, audio, questions, designs, the ExamBird name and the ExamBird logo belong to Invotech Labs Pvt Ltd or our content partners, and are protected by copyright.

Using the app gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to study the material inside the app. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

Names of examinations and recruitment bodies (such as HSSC, SSC or Railway Recruitment Board) are used only to describe which examination the material is intended for. ExamBird is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government body or examination authority.

4. Pro subscriptions

Some content is free. Pro unlocks the rest for a fixed period, shown before you pay.

• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Pro is a one-time payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically and no money is taken again when it ends.
• Access begins as soon as payment is confirmed and ends when the period expires.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a subscription you have already bought.

5. Accuracy of study material

We prepare our material carefully and check it, but we cannot guarantee that every fact, answer or explanation is free of error, or that it matches the latest syllabus or examination pattern.

Always verify important details — eligibility, dates, syllabus, vacancies — against the official notification published by the examination body. ExamBird is a study aid, not an official source, and we do not guarantee any result, score or selection.

If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will correct it.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ExamBird available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, network problems or issues at our providers can cause downtime.

We may add, change or remove features and content. If we remove something significant that you paid for while your subscription is running, contact us and we will make it right.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms — particularly by sharing paid content or your account. Where that happens because of a clear breach, no refund is due.

You can stop using ExamBird at any time and delete your account from inside the app.

8. Limitation of liability

ExamBird is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination results, lost opportunities or lost time.

Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ambala, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before going to court, please write to us — most problems are settled quickly by email.
